中药汤剂配合外用药内服治疗消化性溃疡120例

Observation of combination of Kuiyang decoction and oral-taking of medicine for external use on peptic ulcer

目的 观察中药汤剂配合外用药内服治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 180例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 12 0例 ,用自拟溃疡汤 ,日 1剂 ,水煎服 ,并配以朱砂、琥珀、三七、枯矾、血竭外用药研末用溃疡汤汤剂分 3次送服。对照组 60例用自拟溃疡汤 (用量、用法同治疗组 )配以甲氰咪胍 2 0 0mg ,每日 4次口服。 2组均 30日为 1个疗程。 1个疗程后 ,观察 2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为 92 .5 0 % ,对照组为 83.33% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;随访 1年 ,治疗组和对照组复发率分别为 14.9%和 2 5 .0 %。结论 中药汤剂配合外用药内服治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切 ,复发率低。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Kuiyang decoction and oral-taking of medicine for external use on peptic ulcer. Methods 180 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=120) patients were treated with combination of Kuiyang decoction and oral-taking of medicine (Zhusha, Hupo, Sanqi, Kufan, Xuejie) for external use, and in control group patients were treated with combination of Kuiyang decoction and Cimetidin, with a course of 30 days. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (92.50%) compared with those in control group (83.33%, P<0.05). Conclusions combination of Kuiyang decoction and oral-taking of medicine for external use has a definite effect on peptic ulcer.
