晚粳光敏核不育系与常规晚粳品种杂交F_1、F_2和BF_1育性的遗传行为 被引量:10

INHERITANCE BEHAVIOR OF PHOTOPERIOD SENSITIVE GENIC MALE STERILITY (PGMS) IN THE CROSSES BETWEEN JAPONICA PGMS LINES AND JAPONICA VARIETIES

摘要 用晚粳光敏核不育系农垦58S和105S与常规晚粳品种农垦58、鄂宜105,武复粳、华粳14和筑紫睛杂交,以套袋结实率为主要指标分析了正反交F_1、F_2,以及光敏核不育系与正反交F_1回交BF_1代在武汉(30°27’N)长日照条件下的育性表现。结果表明:各组合F_1代杂种都为可育,而F_2和BF_1代都发生育性分离。具有同一常规品种亲本的组合的育性分离表现基本一致。农垦58S与农垦58杂交组合F_2代可育与不育的分离适合3∶1,BF_1适合1∶1的比例;农垦58S与鄂宜105等4个品种杂交组合的F_2代可育和部分可育与不育的分离适合15∶1,BF_1适合3∶1的比例。两类组合后代的育性分离分别符合1对主效基因和2对独立的主效基因的遗传。 The japonica photoperiod sensitive male sterile line Nongken58S and its derivative 105S were crossed with 5 japonica varieties, Nongken58, Eyi105, Wufujing, Huajing14 and Zhuziqing. Fertility of F_1, F_2 and BF_1(S/F_1) under long day season in Wunhan(30° 27'N)was analysed using bagged seed set percentage as a main criterion. In all crosses, the F_1 hybrids were fertile while segregation of fertility occured in F_2and BF_1. Fertility frequency distributions of F_2 and BF_1 appeared to be double-peaked curves. The segregation patterns of reciprocal crosses with a common varietal parent had no significant difference. For the reciprocal crosses between the Nongken58S and Nongken58, segregation fitted to 3 fertiles: 1 steriles in F_2 and 1:1in the corresponding BF_1. For the crosses between the photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines and other 4 varieties, segregation fitted to 15 fertiles and partial fertiles: 1 steriles in F_2 and 3:1 in BF_1. Results suggested the photoperiod sensitive male sterility was controlled by sporophytic genotype with homozygotic recessive genes. The original Nongken58S was regarded to have been created by a recessive mutation in. Nongken58 and the mutant gene was desigated as ms^(ph)(t). All 5 varieties testd had an allelic dominant gene MS^(ph)(t) , and 4 of them had another nonallelic dominant restoring gene Rf^(ph) (t). The two alleles were independant.
