倍美力阴道软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效及患者可接受性及耐受性评估

An Assessment of the Efficacy,Acceptability and Tolerance of Premarin Vaginal Cveam for the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的 :评价倍美力阴道软膏的疗效及患者的可接受性和耐受性。方法 :前瞻性开放用药前后自身对照 ,对象为 5 4例老年性阴道炎患者 ,每晚阴道用药 1次 ,每次 1g ,2 1天为 1疗程 ,共 2疗程。结果 :用药后生殖道健康评分、表层细胞百分比及血清雌二醇均较用药前明显提高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :该药安全有效 ,接受性与耐受性好。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy,acceptability and tolerance of Premarin Vaginal Cream for the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:A prospective,open,self-contrast comparison of before and after treatment of 54 cases were recruited .patients received 1 gram of Premarin cream intravaginally,once daily at bedtime from day 1 to day 21 as a cycle.total 2 courses .Results :Genital Health Score,percntage of superficial cells and serum E 2 Were significantly increased( P <0.001)after drug administration.Conclusion:This vaginal cream is safe and effective with good acceptability and tolerance.
