不同剂量异丙酚麻醉对人工流产术中血压和呼吸的影响及比较

A Comparison of the Effects of Different Dosage of Propofol on Blood-pressure and Respiration During the Induced Abortion Anesthesia

目的 :探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉在人工流产术中最适单次剂量。方法 :人工流产手术 90例。按异丙酚用量不同随机分为 3组 ,每组 30例 ,Ⅰ组 3 5mg/kg、Ⅱ组 3 0mg/kg、Ⅲ组 2 5mg/kg。观察各组的麻醉效果、循环、呼吸及并发症。结果 :Ⅱ组麻醉效果满意 ,并发症发生率低于或等于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组 ;超过此剂量麻醉效果满意 ,但呼吸系统并发症比例明显上升 ,且苏醒延迟 ;少于此剂量麻醉效果欠佳 ,追加药物比例上升。结论 :Ⅱ组异丙酚 3.

Objective:To determine the optimal single dosage of propofol on the induced abortion analgesia.Methods:90 induced abortion patients(ASA gradeⅠ)for using different dosage of propofol were randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases each:3.5 mg/kg propofol(groupⅠ),3.0 mg/kg(groupⅡ)and 2.5 mg/kg(groupⅢ).The effects of respiratory,circulatory function and analgesia were investigated in three groups.Results:There were better analgesic effects and lower complications in groupsⅡ.The good analgesic effect,a high rate of respiratory depression and delay analepsia was found in groupⅠ.But there were no good analgesic effect and increased rate of supplemental dose in groupⅢ.Conclusion:Propofol3.0 mg/kg could be a optimal single dosage for induced abortion intravenous anesthesia.
