摘要
黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFTB_1) 对产蛋鸡生产性能及健康影响的研究表明:AFTB_1使母鸡产蛋重、受精率及蛋孵化率均下降。血清谷-丙转氨酶的活力及肝脂/肝的含量提高。组织形态学观察表明肝、肾、脾发生严重的组织形态变化,其中肝组织受损最严重,出现广泛性的脂肪变性和炎性细胞浸润。
Effects of Aflatoxincosis on performance and pathomorphology of laying hens were studied.Egg eight,hatchability of fertile egg and fertility rate were lower in experimentalgroup than those in control group arkly.In he experimental group SGPT and liver lipid weresignificantly increased.Gross and histopathological examination evealed that liver,kidney andspeen were damaged.Characteristic lesions in the liver were fatty liver,distensions ere ound inhepatic parenehymal cells.
