血清乙肝病毒标志物和免疫球蛋白、补体水平的相关性研究

The relationship of serum HBVM with immunoglobulin and complement components.

目的探讨乙型肝炎患者血清HBV标志物和免疫球蛋白、补体间的相关性。方法 2 0 5份血清用ELISA法检测HBV标志物 ,免疫比浊法测定IgG、IgA、IgM和C3、C4 。结果 (1)乙肝病毒感染过程中免疫球蛋白增加 ,补体水平下降 ;HBsAg阳性特别是同时伴有HBeAg阳性时 ,IgG、IgA水平的增高及C4 水平下降最为显著。 (2 )抗HBs阳性血清的免疫球蛋白、补体水平与对照组差异无显著意义 ,而抗HBe、抗HBc阳性血清的免疫球蛋白增加 ,补体水平下降。结论乙肝病毒血清标志物的存在及类型影响机体的免疫球蛋白和补体水平。

Objective To probe the relationship of serum HBVM with immunoglobulin and complement components. Methods HBVM, IgG、IgA、IgM、C 3 and C 4 were detected by ELISA and immunoturbidimetry in 205 sera. Results 1. The serum values of IgG、IgA、IgM increased and C 3 、C 4 dropped in the course of hepatitis B virus infection, especially HBsAg and HBeAg positive sera. 2. In anti-HBe/anti-HBc positive sera, the serum values of IgG、IgA、IgM increased and C 3 、C 4 dropped, but there weren’t remarkable difference between anti-HBs positive sera and normal group.Conclusion HBVM and it’s pattern in serum are associated with the values of immunoglobulin and complement component.
