摘要
目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)治疗近视的疗效。方法用准分子激光机和自动微型板层角膜刀对 12 7例近视进行LASIK术。结果随访 6个月 ,根据病人术前屈光度分为 3组即Ⅰ组 (中低度组 )、Ⅱ组 (高度组 )和Ⅲ组 (超高度组 )。平均裸眼视力 :Ⅰ组 1 16 ,Ⅱ组 1 0 2 ,Ⅲ组 0 5 3;屈光度矫正率 :Ⅰ组 10 9 9% ,Ⅱ组 99 6 % ,Ⅲ组 88 2 % ;基本摘镜率和完全摘镜率分别为 :Ⅰ组 99 2 %和 96 6 % ;Ⅱ组 90 8%和 81 4% ;Ⅲ组 5 4 7%和 14 2 %。结论LASIK适合治疗各种不同屈光度近视 ,对超高度近视由于角膜厚度的限制和并发症的影响 ,其疗效稍差。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for the correction of myopia.Methods LASIK was performed on 127 myopia eyes with the excimer laser and automated corneal shaper. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months and divided into three groups: group I, low to moderate myopia; group II, high myopia and group III ultra-high myopia. On half year following up, the means of uncorrected visual acuity were 1.16, 1.02, and 0.53 in group I, II, and III, respectively. The achieved corrections were 109 9%, 99.6%, and 88.2% of the attempted correction in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ, respectively. It was observed that the eyes of 99.2%, 90.8%, and 54.7% got uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 and the eyes of 96.6%,81.4%,and 14.2% got uncorrected visual acuity of 1.0 in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,respectively. Conclusion LASIK is effecting on all the types of myopia. However, the correction was limited by the corneal thickness and complications on ultra-high myopia eyes.
