黄棕壤性水稻土镉临界浓度的研究 被引量:8

摘要 用盆栽试验方法研究了黄棕壤性水稻土镉的临界浓度,从镉对水稻产量、糙米镉残留量及大米营养品质的影响分析,根据土壤镉与糙米镉含量的相关关系,参照现行食品卫生标准,确定土壤全镉1.6mg/kg土为黄棕壤性水稻土镉的最高临界含量。 The critical cadmium concentration in yellow brown earth paddy soil wasstudied under pot culture condition.The influence of cadmium on yield of three season rice is notsignificant at 0~10ppm Cd range.The cadmium accumulation of crude rice in the first year hasexceeded the standard of food hygiene at 2 ppm Cd and the nutrient quility has reduced.Therefore,setting the critical concentration of the soil cadmium is mainly based on the influenceof residual content of rice cadmium.The accumulation content of cadmium on early rice is higher than that of late rice and thecontent of early rice in the first year is higher than that in the second year.In the cause ofsafety,according to the correlation between the cadmium content of soil and that of the crude ricebased on the result of pot culture experiment of the early rice in the first year and referring tostandard of food hygiene,we suggest that the critical cadmium concentration set 1.6 ppm forsome time in the yellow brown earth paddy soil.
