氯素对莴苣和红菜苔幼苗生长及SOD活性的影响

摘要 在盆栽条件下种植莴苣和红菜苔,作物生长6周后,以CaCl_2施入土壤,使土壤含氯分别达到处理浓度(ppm).处理一周后测定植物蛋白质含量及SOD活性,两周后收获考察干物质量.结果表明:随着土壤含氯浓度的提高,两作物干物质量均在不断降低.土壤含氯1000ppm的处理,莴苣的干重仅为对照的81%,SOD活性仅为对照的79%;土壤含氯1600ppm处理,红菜苔的干重仅为对照的58%,SOD活性也只有对照的78%.两作物以鲜重计,SOD活性在不同处理下均无明显差异.由于鲜样蛋白质含量随处理氯浓度的提高而增加,两作物以蛋白质计SOD活性处理间差异明显。 Six weeks old lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.var.longifolia Lam)and red brassicasprouts(Brassica campestris subsp.chinensis var.purpure)grown in pots accept CaCl_2 treatment at0,200,600 and 1000ppm Cl and 0,400,800,and 1600ppm Cl respectively.The proteincontent and superoxide dismutase activity are determined after a week of the treatment,and thedry weight is observed after two weeks of the treatment.Results indicate that the dry weight ofboth lettuce and red brassica sprouts decreases with increasing of chloride in soil.At 1000ppmlevel,the dry weight of lettuce is only 81 percent for the check,and the superoxide dismutaseactivity is 78 percent for the check,At 1600ppm Cl level,the dry weight of red brassica sproutsis only 58 percent for the check,the superoxide dismutase activity is only 79 percent for thecheck.There is no remarkable difference for superoxide dismutase activity of both crops on freshweight base at different chloride levels,but because the protein content of both lettuce and redbrassica sprouts fresh samples increases with increasing of chloride concentration,the superoxidedismutase.activity on protein base of both crops differs obviously among different chlorideconcentrations.
