摘要
从武汉市青山良种场猪场1990年秋季母猪爆发产死胎病例中的4头死胎猪取脑和内脏组织进行病毒分离,均出现典型细胞病变,经电镜形态学观察和抗伪狂犬病毒单克隆抗体免疫荧光技术确定为伪狂犬病毒.
Pseudorabies virus is an important infective agent causing pregnant sowstillbirth with serios economic loss.In the autumn of 1990 at Qing Shan Breeding Swine Farm ofWuhan suburban had an outbreak of abortion in pigherd.From four cases of stillbirth piglets,samples of brain and visceral organs were inoculated for virus isolation.The cultured cell showedtypical cytopathic effect.And the isolate had been further confirmed by electromicroscopicexamination and by fluorecent technic with monoclonal antiboby against pseudorabies virus.
