摘要
本文报道了花粉的营养成分及提取方法,并对花粉保健作用和花粉食品作了简要介绍。
This paper reports the nutrition compsition of pollen, health protection of the pollen, pollen foodstuff and technology process of the food processing. It furnishes scientific evidence and nethods of the pollen procassing for exploiting of the pollen resources.
