This paper deais with the synthesis of 2, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-Semicarbazide and its Ni(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ). It's Composition have been Characterized by the elemental anaiysis, IR and UV Spectra, The free radical inhibition rate to O_2^- have also been tested.
