对纵箱前滚翻技术提出了新的技术要点 ,经实践证明 ,新要点可以提高第二腾空的高度和远度 ,加强技术各环节之间的联系 ,使动作更具观赏性 。
The article raises the new technical essentials about the technique of forward roll in vaulting horse.This new essential has been proved by the practice that it could make the movements passers the second gallop clear,improve the movements' astound and the technique's science.
