摘要
在运动训练中 ,疲劳的出现是正常现象 ,训练必须达到一定的疲劳程度 ,才能引起机体剧烈变化 ,进而产生适应 ,提高体力 ,取得训练效果。随着竞技运动的发展 ,训练和比赛的负荷量和强度越来越大 ,谁拥有独特的、科学的训练方法和大负荷训练与恢复的有机结合的措施与手段 ,谁就能取得成功。本文通过对运动疲劳的产生及生化特点的简述 。
It's very normal for us to feel tired while taking exercise or training.If our exercise only comes to such fatigue.That it can cause the actute changes of organism and we become suitable,improve our physical strength and we become suitable,improve our physical strength and achieve the good results.With the development of athletics,the amount of training and games load become larger and larger,and the intensity is increasing.Those who have the distinctive and scientific training method and the measures combining a large amount of training load with recovery will succeed.This paper has discussed the measures and methods for bodily recovery after sports through the exposition of the fatigue and vigorous characteristics after training.
