摘要
本文报导模拟苯的空气污染对小鼠进行处理,在不同时间观察小鼠周血中性粒细胞核突均值与处理前比较有高度显著差异,且核突率的高低与处理的长短呈正相关。表明空气中的苯可诱发小鼠周血中性粒细胞核突,验证了中性粒细胞核突与环境污染的密切关系,也验证了可利用中性粒细胞核突率作为一项新的生物学指标来检测机体对药物、食品中毒和环境污染等方面的反应的可行性。
The paper reports thqt when mice were treated in simulated air benzene-pollution, the mice peripheral blood neutrophil nuclea excrescence averages after the treatment differed from that before the treatment, and nuclear excrescence incidence was directcy proportional to the time of treatment. It shows that the benzene in air can induce peripheral blood neutrophil nuclear excrescence of mice. The result verifies that incidence of neutrophil nuclear excrescence is a closely related to the degree of environmental pollution. So it is feasible that we might use this nuclear excrescence incidence as a new biological index to detect the response of organism to toxic drugs and foodstuffs,polluted environment etc.
