用反相高效液相色谱测定了农药中间体 2 -氰基 - 3 -乙氧基丙烯酸乙酯的含量 ,在线性范围内 ,相关系数为0 9998,平均回收率 98 2 % ,标准偏差 0 13。
A method for the determination of 2-cyan-3-ethoxyl-ethyl acrylate by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography was developed. In linear range, the correlation coeff was 0.9998, the mean recovery was 98.2%, the standard deviation was 0.13.
