对全民健身计划进行分析 ,研究市场经济条件下全民健身计划的特点及现状 ,并且提出全民健身计划实施的对策。
This paper is to analyse the project of the whole people's body building program, Meanwhile, which studys this program's characteristics and situation under the market economy. It put forwarel some proposal about implementing the projeot.
