PRV外壳蛋白基因转化番木瓜的研究

A study of transforming PRV CP gene into Carica papaya L genome

利用番木瓜亲本材料 76号的成熟再生系统 ,以胚性愈伤组织作为转化材料 ,与农杆菌LBA 440 4共培养后得到抗卡那霉素的再生植株 ,经 PCR,Southern blot检测 ,证明 PRV CP基因已整合进番木瓜基因组。

Embryogenic call: were transformed with A. tumefaciens LBA4404 (harboring pRPCY/P AL4404),Km resistant plants were obtained, PCR and southern blot analyses proved that PRV CP gene was integrated into the Carica papaya L genome.
