摘要
对金边凤梨组织培养快速育苗进行了研究 ,以筛选适合的培养基 ,结果表明 :以改良 MS培养基能直接诱导观赏凤梨顶芽产生丛生芽 ,其中改良 MS培养基加入 BA2 .0 mg· L-1 ,KT0 .1~ 0 .5 mg· L-1 以及 NAA 0 .1~ 0 .5 mg· L-1 培养冠芽或吸芽 ,能诱导大量丛生芽而获大量繁殖 ,其繁殖系数要达到每年 2 0多万倍 ,且能保持原品种的金边遗传性状 ;在 2 5~ 30℃条件下 ,金边凤梨的丛生芽生长正常 ,继代时间较长 ;光照过强或过暗不利金边凤梨的生长与分化。
The results of the study of speedy plant conversion and tissue culture of the Anans comosus cv Variegata show that if the proper and improved MS substratum is picked out, the tufted sprouts can be induced to propagate directly on the crown sprout of the ornamental pineapple. The improved substratum which can cultivate the crown sprout and absorbing sprout and can induce the tufted sprouts to propagate considerably is thus made by adding BA 2.0 mg·L -1 , KT 0.1~0.5 mg·L -1 and NAA 0.1~0.5 mg·L -1 , the propagating index can reach high to more than 200 000 times per year, and the character of being golden-edged is still maintained. Under 25~30°C, the tufted sprouts of the Anans comosus cv Variegata can grow normally. The proper intensity of light can help the pineapple grow and differenciate.
