摘要
对止泻镇痛丸中的有效成分进行了提取 ,通过对冷浸、超声、回流、索氏提取等 4种提取方法的比较 ,发现索氏提取的效率最高 .以邻硝基苯酚为内标 ,对不同批号的 3组止泻镇痛丸中的薄荷醇、肉桂醛和丁香酚的质量分数进行了气相色谱定量测定 ,结果表明 ,3批样品之间薄荷醇和丁香酚的质量分数相当 ,但肉桂醛却有较大的变化 .标准曲线的线性相关系数在 0 999860 99999之间 ,相对标准偏差均小于 3% ,加标回收率在 98% 10 1 9% .
By comparison of four kinds of extraction, it is found that Soxhlet extraction method has the highest efficiency. The contents of menthol, cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in the three groups of samples are quantitatively determined by GC with o-nitrophenol as an internal standard. The result shows that the amount of menthol and eugenol does not change much from one to another, but the variety of cinnamaldehyde is observed obviously. The coefficients of calibration curves are between 0.999 86~0.999 99. The relative standard deviations are below 3%. The average recoveries are between 98.0% and 101.9%.
