论语文教师的心理素质

On Language Teachers' Mental Charalter

语文教学活动是一种复杂的心理活动 ,语文教师的良好心理素质是实施语文素质教育、提高语文教学效率和质量的前提和保证。本文从三个层面论述了语文教师的心理素质与语文教学的关系问题。语文教师良好的心理素质集中体现于具有教育机智、教学能力和人格特点等三方面。语文教师必须不断培养和提高自己的心理素质 ,把不断加强理论修养和提高心理水平作为整个职业生涯的基本任务 ;不断增强自我控制能力 ,克服倦怠心理 ;不断在教学实践中刻苦磨砺 。

Language teaching is a kind of complex mental activity,and good mental character for the teachers is the prerequisite and assurance for carrying out language quality education and improving efficiency and development of language teaching. This article discusses the relationship between mantal character and teaching activity in three aspects.Good mental character of language teachers is mainly shown in educational talent,teaching ability and personal character.That is to say,language teachers must be good at creating positive mental situation,arousing students' studying motives,made democratic and equal teaching atmosphere,optimizing teaching steps,grasping aesthetic mental systems and developing teaching grade.Language teachers must increasingly develop and improve their mental character,regarding strengthening theoretical understanding and developing mental character as the basic task in teaching,strengthen the ability of self-control,overcoming languial mentality,and work hard at teaching practice,seeking the ideal realm.
