摘要
用气相色谱法分析纤细角刺藻的脂肪酸含量 ,探索不同温度和光照对该藻二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)含量的影响。结果显示 ,从 15℃~ 30℃ ,该藻的 EPA含量随温度的升高而增加 ,其绝对含量在 2 5℃时最高 ,而相对含量在 30℃时最高。当温度超过 30℃时 ,EPA含量急剧下降。在低光照下 ,EPA相对含量较高 ,占总脂肪酸的 2 0 .75 % ,在高光照下 ,EPA绝对含量较高 ,但相对含量只占总脂肪酸的 6 .44 %
The effect of temperature and light on the content of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) in Chaetoceros gracillis was studied by gas chromatography.From 15℃ to 30℃, the content of EPA increased with increasing of temperature. The absolute content of EPA was highest at 25℃, whereas the relative content of EPA was highest at 30℃. When the temperature exceeded 30℃, the content of EPA decreased rapidly. In low light condition, the relative content of EPA was higher, and accounted for 20 75% of the total fatty acid. In high light condition, the absolute content of EPA was higher, but its relative content only accounted for 6 44% of the total fatty acid.
