摘要
本文分析了突变理论及其在水电工程环境影响评价决策中的应用,在分析建库前后系统的非同构性后,探讨了用突变理论解决因子预测的可能性。
The main contents of this thesis are focused on the applications of catastrophe theory in EIA of water and electricity project,and analysed the non-identity structure of the system before and after the reservoir was built. The authors of this paper point out that the necessary & possibility for the predication of environmental factor by catastrophe theory in EIA system.
