汽液两相流激波升压特性的研究 被引量:18

摘要 对实现汽液两相流激波升压的机理进行了详细研究 ,利用质量、动量和能量守恒方程建立了其升压性能的计算数学模型 .在此基础上 ,分析了影响其性能的主要因素 ,并定量计算了升压效果与各影响因素之间的关系 .最后 ,通过实验对理论模型的计算结果进行了验证 .实验结果表明 :汽液两相流激波升压效果随低压进口水温的增加而降低 ,随混合腔出口截面积的减小而增加 ,随高压蒸汽压力的增加和低压进口水流量的增加均有一个最佳值 .本实验得到的升压比最高可达 2 5∶1. The mechanism of the steam-water two-phase flow shock wave injector is studied theoretically and experimentally. The mathematical model is given by the equations of mass, momentum and energy and the key factors influencing the injector performances are analyzed so then the relationships between the performance and these key factors are obtained. The results are tested by experimental data, and the maximum pressure of exit water is 2.5 times as much as the pressure of inlet steam.
