多缸内燃机机体自由模态分析 被引量:15

摘要 以某 4缸柴油机为例 ,用Pro Engineer软件在建立机体三维实体模型的基础上 ,对机体结构进行了自由模态分析 ,计算出了机体结构的前 16阶非刚体模态的固有频率及相应振型 .分析结果显示出了机体各部分结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区 。 The three dimensional model of a four-cylinder diesel engine block is established by the Pro/Engineer software, and the modal analysis of the engine block is carried out in the case of unconstrained model. Through the analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of the first 16 modes are obtained respectively. The results of the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the whole block are given, which provide necessary guides for the dynamic of optimal design of the engine block.
