摘要
本文首次报道以禾本科植物马唐的幼穗为材料,应用组织培养技术,探讨植物的系统发育,结果表明,在马唐幼穗体细胞胚胎发生时,出现双子叶植物胚胎发生所特有的心形胚,从而为单子叶植物起源于双子叶植物提出了一个胚胎学证据。
A somatic embryogenesis exprimental system derived from the callus of young inflorescence of Digitaria sanguinalis(L) Scop. has been established in Vitro. A prresumed sequence of developmental stages from the callus to somstic embryos at globular stage,pearshaped stage,cotyledon differentiation stage, plumular sheath differentiation stage and mature stage was observed. And heart-shaped embryo that is unique to dicotyledon was also found. This offers an embryological evidence to the origin of the monocot from the dicotyledon.
