摘要
本文报导乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸(EGTA)和邻苯二胺共热缩合得到双核配体N,N,N′,N′-四(2′-苯并咪唑甲基)-1,4-二乙氨基乙二醚(EGTB)及合成的一系列含Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅱ)的具或不具咪唑外桥的EGTB配合物,对配体的~1H NMR,IR,UV-Vis谱及配合物的IR,UV-Vis谱、元素分析、电导等性质进行了研究。并用硝基四氮蓝唑(NBT)光还原法和邻苯三酚自氧化法对配合物的超氧化物歧化酶活性进行了测定,结果发现配合物在10^(-6)~10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)的浓度范围内具有很好的歧化超氧离子自由基O_2^-的活性。
The binuclear ligand [N, N, N', N'-tetrakis (2'-benzim/dazolyl methyl)-1,4-diethylene amino]-glycol ether has prepared by condensation of o-phenylene diamine and [ethylene-bis(oxyethylene nitrilo)]-tetra acetic acid. It's series of coordination compounds containing copper (Ⅱ), iron (Ⅲ)and manganese (Ⅱ) with and without exogenous bridging ligand,imidazolate ion,have been made. The ~1H NMR,IR and UV-Vis spectrum of the ligand and IR, electronic spectra, elemental analysis and conductivities of the coordination compounds have been studied. An assay of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity has been performed by means of riboflavin/nitroblue tetraazolium (NBT) photoreduction and pyrogallol auto-oxidation. It has been found that all model complexes are possessed of excellent SOD activity,they show over and above 50% inhibition in the concentration range of 10^(-6)~10^(-7) mol.L^(-1).
