Basketball consciousness is an organic whole of the individualidea, action and psychological state which takes basketball skills and tactics as their nucleus. Systematic psychological training helps directly and indirectly to form basketball consciousness. The inherent law must beobeyed when we use psychological training to cultivate basketball consciousness.
