A Study on the Plan of Community Service for the Aged

随着我国老龄人口的增长 ,对老年人采用“居家养老”的方式成为绝大多数家庭的第一选择 ;而社区助老服务将是“居家养老”实现的有力保障 ,同时 ,政府规划等职能部门也应调整建筑规划设计规范中老年服务设施的设置内容 ,为建筑师设计居住小区提供必要的依据 .

With the growth of the aged population in China, “the aged well living at home' is the first choice for the majority of families and the community service provides effective support to such aim. Meanwhile, the urban plan agency should adjust the contents of the institutions for the aged in the code, as a basis for the planers and architects in designing the residential quarters.
