摘要
对鲤鱼心肌作超薄切片,用透射电镜观察,发现鲤鱼心肌肌球蛋白分子的组构与经典脊椎动物横纹肌粗丝组构型式有明显不同,可见其排列呈典型的管状而非杆状,提示这种组构型式可能与动物的进化等级有关。
The studies of the thick filaments in the heart muscle of carp with the electron microscope suggest that the general organization of the fibril is same as other vertebrate muscle but the pattern of the thick filament is different. In section thick filanents appear tubular.
