师范院校体育专业学生对教师和教练员角色的认识问题初探

摘要 本文采用贝恩和万特共同编制的学生职业取向的问卷调查表,并根据社会心理学的原理对现状进行分析后发现;师范院校体育专业学生对教师和教练员角色的选择存在着感性认识上的差异,这种差异与学生的性别、运动年限、总体技能和专项技能有关,同时指出了“角色冲突感”是学生普遍存在的现象。 Before selecting the teacher and the coach role, student of normal university physical prefession had some speeialities in cognition. The results showed that student' s evaluation to the teacher and the coach were the same in general rand selecting role was influenced by the sex. Trainning time. whole skill and special skill. Role confliction is a kind of universal phenomenon during normal university, in paper, using method of social psychology studied profession selecting present conditions of students.
