脑细胞激活素中氨基酸、维生素和化学元素含量分析

Analysis content on the amino acid, vitamin and chemical element of cerebral cell active factor

通过现代分析测试手段 ,对脑细胞激活素进行化学成分分析 ,以更好地研究该药的药理作用 .应用日本产岛津LC -60A型高速液相色谱仪和美国产P -E30 30型原子吸收分光光度计 ,对该药进行了氨基酸、维生素和化学元素的含量测定 .结果表明 ,该药含有 1 8种氨基酸 ,至少 3种维生素和二十几种化学元素 .为进一步改进该药物的配制方法和临床应用提供了参考数据 .

The chemical content of injectio cerebral cell active factor, was determined by modern analytic determination methods, inorder to study pharmacologic work better. The content of amino acids vitamins and chemical element was determined by LC-60A shimadzu and P-E3030 made in USA. The drug has 18 kinds of amino acids, 3 kinds of vitamins (not complete) and 20 kinds of chemical elements. The results can provided referential data for improving the method of mixture and sound clinic administration.
