摘要
纤维素诺卡氏菌可以纤维素作为唯一碳源进行固氮生长 ,利用它对天然纤维素材料玉米秸秆和玉米芯进行降解研究 结果表明纤维素诺卡氏菌可利用CF -1 1作为唯一碳源和能源生长 ,同时对玉米秸秆具有很强的降解能力 ,对玉米芯具有较强的降解能力 .经 1 0天固体培养 ,纤维素诺卡氏菌对玉米秸秆的降解率达到 54 78% ,高于对照菌株青霉的降解率 ,而对玉米芯的降解率为1 7 55% .
Using Nocardia cellulans HD-86 that can grow by fixing Nitrogen on cellulose as sole carbon sources, made the research of HD-86 decomposing corn stalk and corncob. The result suggest that Nocardia cellulans HD-86 can grow on the CF-11 as the sole carbon sources and the energy sources.HD-86 has a powerful decomposing ability to corn stalk and corncob. After 10 days in solid cultivated, 54.78% cornstalk and 17.55% corncob are decomposed.
