黑龙江干流梯级开发生态环境可行性分析

Pasibility analyses of ecoenvironment on step development in main Heilongjiang river

黑龙江干流水能开发潜力较大 ,目前形成的 6～ 7个枢纽的梯级开发方案 ,虽体现了水能的充分利用 ,但对生态环境的影响研究不够 .以曾完成的梯级开发对右岸的环境影响的综合研究为基础 ,认为从生态环境的安全来看 ,多达6～ 7个梯级的开发方案缺乏生态环境可行性 ,应予大幅度调整 .

The developing latent capacity is biger in water power to main Heilongjiang river. At present, a new step developing plan including 6～7 pivots were made by specialists from China and Russia. The plan, certinly, empodied full use of water power, but it is not enough in research of development to effect of ecoenvironment. According to the work a synthetic study of effect on step development to ecoenvinonment, think that the step development plan including 6～7 pivots have not enough possibility in ecoenvironment, the plan should be regulated.
