摘要
对潜艇用高强度钢在程序块载荷作用下的疲劳性能进行了初步研究 .以蒙特卡洛法模拟潜艇的随机载荷获得的潜艇下潜深度随机数列为基础 ,编制了 3种程序块载荷谱 .进行了恒幅载荷以及程序块载荷作用下的疲劳试验 .引入等效循环数来计算一个程序块的当量循环数 ,从而简化计算过程 .简化计算结果与循环累积计算结果以及试验实测值进行了对比分析 ,计算结果要比实测值大 。
Presents the fatigue test of the high-strength steel for submarine with the random serial numbers of the diving depth of submarine, obtained from the simulation of the random load of submarine by Monto Carlo's method, under constant amplitude loading and program loading respectively, and the concept of equivalent alteration number for simplifying the calculation,which results in comparison with that calculated by cumulating calculation and the experiment data, and concludes that the calculated values are higher than the experiment data, and the difference between them is related to the maximum load applied.
