斜纹夜蛾NPV-DNA经限翩性内切酶EooRI和BamHI完全消化,分别产生22条和15条片断,测得DNA平均分子量为75.26×10~5道尔顿。多角体蛋白经超离心,Sepharose 6B柱层析纯化,PAGE为一条均匀带;高碘酸-schiff反应阳性,多角体蛋白含有多糖;多角体蛋经显示酸性类脂的Niles兰染色呈阴性。
