摘要
斜纹夜蛾NPV-DNA经限翩性内切酶EooRI和BamHI完全消化,分别产生22条和15条片断,测得DNA平均分子量为75.26×10~5道尔顿。多角体蛋白经超离心,Sepharose 6B柱层析纯化,PAGE为一条均匀带;高碘酸-schiff反应阳性,多角体蛋白含有多糖;多角体蛋经显示酸性类脂的Niles兰染色呈阴性。
Degestion of DNA from Spodoptera Litura nuclar polyhedrosis Virus With EcoRI and BamHI resultid in 22 fragments and 15 fragments respectively after analysis on 0.7%a-garose gel electrotrophoresis. The molecular weigt of SLNPV-DNA was calculated to be about 75.26×10~6 doltonswith λDNA as the mol. Wt markre. Afer the polyhedrin of SLNPV was purified through Ultracentmfugation and Sepharose 6B column chromatography PAGE showed single band. The polyhedrin present to positive reaction by PAS and negetive reacfion by Niles blu staining.
