摘要
从科研投入、科研观念、科技体制及运行机制、投融资渠道、科技成果转化推广平台等方面分析了广东高校科技成果转化的现状及其主要障碍 ,并提出了相应的对策 .
The pretent situations and main barriers of scientific achievement tranforming in Guangdong colleges are analyzed from the aspects of R&D devotion,R&D ideas,scientific system and its running mechanism,channel of investment and financing and the platform of transforming and spreading of scientific achievements,and the corresponding measures are suggested.
