摘要
面对博士后待遇优势逐渐丧失 ,难以吸引优秀博士的新情况 .结合广东增拨博士后日常经费之机 ,运用激励理论 ,探讨博士后的绩效激励机制 ,提出设立博士后研究津贴 ,并与月度考核结果挂钩的新观点 .
The evaluation and motivation mechanism for management of the postdoctoral researchers is discussed.It is becoming ever difficult to attract high_quality doctors because the treatment offered for the postdoctoral researchers is no longer considered as favorable.According to the motivation theory, the postdoctoral research allowance should rely on the monthly evaluation of the researcher's performance.
