介绍了一种新型的大量程非接触尺寸测量装置的组成和工作原理 .该装置把反射式气动传感器固定在数控工作台的滑座上 ,组成了一个测控一体化的测量装置 .它根据气动传感器离被测工件表面的间隙大小来自动控制数控工作台滑座前进或后退 ,保证传感器离工件表面的间隙基本不变 ,从而实现小量程传感器的大量程测量 .还对该装置的测量静动态特性进行了理论分析和实验研究 .该装置在 80mm的测量范围内 ,测量精度达到± 0 .1mm ,适用于大量程非接触尺寸测量场合 .
The composition and operation principle of a new large-range non-contact dimension measuring device are introduced. In the device, a reflective pneumatic sensor is fixed on the slide of numerical gallery to compose a measuring and controlling integrated measurement device. It controls the advance or recession of the numerical gallery slide according to the gap between the pneumatic sensor and the measured workpiece, and assurances the gap invariant to realize wide range measurement through using narrow range sensor. The theoretical analysis and experimental investigation of the static and dynamic character of the device are presented. The measuring range of this device is 80mm and its error is ±0.1mm. This device is suitable for non-contact dimension measurement with large measuring range.
