摘要
对青海省西宁国家粮食储备库等 1 4个单位的贮仓小麦商品粮进行抽样调查 ,并对其品质指标进行了测定分析 ,提出了我省仓储小麦的若干建议。
This paper analyzed the quality index of 40 samples of stored wheat grain which obtained from 14 various units,such as Xining grain storehouse of state.The present situation of the grain quality was discussed and a few suggestions were put forward as well.
