Starting from the Internet and its commercialization, this paper analyses the emerge,essence and features of network economy, Lists changes brought to us by network economy. It observes network economy form the development of society and economy sand points out the primary observation results. Making a deep think of the trend of network economy, this paper gives some suggestions and countermeasures.
