解决差动轮系几个问题的有效方法

An Effective Method for Resolving Several Problems of Differential Gear Trains

摘要 此前 ,差动轮系的功率流向分析和啮合效率计算让使用者感到是既难又繁的事。本文根据差动轮系的 3个基本构件中必有 2个将同为主动件或从动件这一特点 ,推导出 3个新的效率公式 ;并根据效率小于 1及 2基本构件主从地位相同的条件 ,确定了转化机构中啮合功率的流向 ,并将这些反映差动轮系在能量传递方面客观规律的数学式汇总以表格的形式列出 。 It used to be quite difficult and complicated to analyze the power flow of differential gear trains and closed differential gear trains and to compute their efficiency. In this paper it is pointed out that based on the characteristic that two out of three basic links in a differential gear train are either driving links or driven links, three new efficiency formulas were easily obtained; and based on the knowledge that efficiency is numerically less than one and o n the condition that two basic links are in the same driving or driven position, the direction of the power flow was conveniently determined in the fixed carrier train; and the formulas that reflect the objective law of differential gear trains in delivering energy have been summarized and put into tables, thus suggesting and easy solution to the above problems.
