金融监管制度是现代金融制度的一个重要组成部分。为了迎接加入WTO后的挑战及结合我国现状 ,我们应借鉴别国的先进经验 ,建立一个全方位、多层次的金融监管体系 ,与国际金融监管原则和发展方向接轨 。

Strengtheing financial supervision and regulation has always been the concern of the governments all over the world. It is an important part of the international financial institutions. Incorporating the present situation of Chinese financial supervision system,WTO challenges it with its international eeneral principles. We should learn the advanced experience fron other countries to build up a all-aspect and multi-layered Chinese financial supervision system so that it can close up to those principles and follow up the tendency of the international financial supervision and regulation system.Thus it can ensure the integration of Chinese economy and finance into world economy.
