增强思想品德课的实效性是高等院校德育教育进行改革的重要任务 ,其改革应从构建新的教学体系、优化教学内容结构、采取现代化教学手段、应用综合教学方法 ,以及提高教师素质等各方面进行研究和探索 。

It is an important part of the reform of university moral culture to increase the practicality of the course for idedogical and moral education. The reform abould be performed by constracting a new teaching system,improving teaching contents and teachers′ quality,adopting modern means of teaching and comprehensive teaching methods,etc. Only in this way can we make the course more practical and effective.
