摘要
导出了三元混晶中电子 -空穴对有效相互作用势 (哈肯势 ) ,研究了混晶效应对激子结合能的影响 .讨论了三元混晶中激子的性质 .计及激子与声子的相互作用采用变分法利用哈肯势研究了三元混晶 Ax B1-x C中的激子问题 ,导出了系统的有效哈密顿量 ,得出了激子的结合能、激子 -声子耦合常数随组分 x的变换关系 .对几种三元混晶材料进行了数值计算 .结果表明激子 -声子相互作用对激子结合能起着重要作用 .激子 -声子耦合常数随组分 x的变化存在一极小值 .
The effective electron hole interaction potential (Haken′s potential) is obtained. The binding energy of an exciton in the ternary mixed crystals is calculated including the effect of phonons with the Haken′s potential.The exciton property is discussed. The exciton binding energies,and the exciton phonon coupling constants as function of the composition x are obtained and discussed respectively.The numerical calculation is performed for several ternary mixed crystal systems as the typical cases. It is shown that the phonon effect on the binding energy is very important,and there is a minimum value for the coupling constant as function of the composition x .
