摘要
用高压静电场处理鲱鱼 DNA,测试电场处理前后鲱鱼 DNA的 X射线衍射谱 ,衍射谱的变化表明高压静电场可改变 DNA的构象 .
The powder of pure herring DNA is trasacted by electrostatic field.The X ray diffraction spectrums of DNA was measured before and after it be treated.The changes of the X ray diffraction spectrums show that the conformation of DNA can be changed by electrostatic field.
