摘要
以稀土复合氧化物 La0 .8Sr0 .2 Co O3为活性组分 ,Zr O-Ce O2 为载体 ,采用浸渍法制备出负载型燃烧催化剂 La0 .8Sr0 .2 Co O3/Zr O2 -Ce O2 .用 XRD、TPR、二甲苯完全氧化研究了催化剂的晶相、还原性能及催化活性 ,并与负载型催化剂 La0 .8Sr0 .2 Co O3/堇青石和单一相 La0 .8Sr0 .2Co O3催化剂进行了对比 .结果表明 ,负载型 La0 .8Sr0 .2 Co O3/Zr O2 -Ce O2 催化剂具有较好的催化活性和抗高温性能 .
A series of supported rare earch compound oxide catalysts La 0.8 Sr 0.2 CoO 3 were prepared by impregnating support ZrO 2-CeO 2 with corresponding aqueous solutions of mixtures of La,Sr and Co nitrates (we substituted LSC,ZCO for La 0.8 Sr 0.2 CoO 3,ZrO 2-CeO 2 respectively in this paper).The phase identification,reduction properties and activity of LSC/ZCO were studied by means of XRD,TPR and the complete oxidation reaction of xylene respectively,and compared with catalysts LSC/cordierite and single phase LSC as well.It is shown that,a definite interaction between support ZCO and active component LSC is presented.The catalyst LSC/ZCO exhibits higher catalytic acitivity and predominant thermal stability.
