濒危物种四合木(Tetraena mongolica Maxim)种子活力时空变异的比较研究

Comparative Study on Vitality of Tetraena mongolica Seeds in Different Time and Different Places

对同一年份不同地区间和近期内的不同年份间四合木种子活力的测量结果进行了比较 .发现 ,四合木种子活力较高且不随时间的推移和地点的转换而发生改变 .种子活力没有影响到四合木的生存 ,而其种子不需要后熟和春化作用当年即可发芽 ,这一环节可能使得土壤中四合木种子库贫乏 ,进而导致物种处于濒危状态 .

Vitality of Tetraena mongolica seeds which were gathered in recent years and from different places(in the same year)was determined.We measured high level of the vitality and it did not change with the time and places.So vitality of the seeds has no effect on its survival. While the seeds can germinate without after ripening and vernalizating,which is perhaps a reason that does harm to Tetraena mongolica seed bank and causes the species in endangerment.
