Improving the Planning and Administration of Compatible Urban Land Use in China

本文论述城市土地使用兼容性的涵义 ,兼容性规划管理的重要性及我国城市土地使用兼容性规划存在的问题。在分析与土地使用兼容性规划相关因素的基础上 ,提出了有关完善规划与管理的若干建议。

This paper discusses the signification of compatible urban land use, and its planning administration. Based on the analysis on the factors relating to the compatible urban land use planning in China, it brings forward several suggestions on improving the planning and administration.
