摘要
文章在根据环境库兹涅茨曲线分析生态环境资本与经济资本相互演替关系的基础上 ,分析了我国城市生态需求增长的态势 ,并通过对生态经营内涵的分析 ,提出生态经营具有理念的创新性、产品的创造性、效益的持续性三个特征 ,以此根据对城市生态系统及其运行的分析 ,提出了城市生态经营的主要发展方向 ,最后对照我国城市生态环境状况 ,从城市生态经营的卖点、亮点、重点和难点四个方面提出发展我国城市生态经营的政策建议。
Based on the Kuznets Curve, which analyzing the transform relationship between the ecological capital and the economic capital, this paper discusses the urban ecological demand trend in China, presents the connotation of ecological management, and its creativity, productivity and sustainability characteristics. Then gives several policy suggestions on urban ecological management development in China.
